Can someone tell me where to report.

My provider has decide to start reporting. I need to report that he does EHR, the G codes I add to the claim form.

I've read the CMS website many times, I do better in a class room setting then reading on line. I think I'm getting to old for this and need to retire. LOL

For EHR you go to:  https://ehrincentives.cms.gov/hitech/login.action 

It sounds like you are doing the PQRS on claims.
