CPT code for report for Medicaid?

Can any one give me the code and the parameters for billing Medicaid for a treatment summary requested by the child's caseworker?

If they are requesting it, I don't think you can bill for it.

So just to be clear
if Medicaid caseworker or Texas state caseworker asks for a report on a child who has state insurance because they are a foster child- we can not bill for the report?
