We are getting denials PR-172 on our 99203 25 with are 98941 AT So confused what are we missing? Chiropractic Office. By the way I am her here this looks like an amazing place to be!

My understanding is that chiro's can't bill Medicare for anything but manipulation codes. They don't pay E/M codes for chiro's.  Someone correct me if I am wrong?

Yes that is correct.  Medicare doesn't allow DCs to bill E&M codes.
