When a patient finds a health article online, the practical question may be the cost of the next appointment. I would keep that question separate from the article itself. For example, Ask Ayurveda has a page on insomnia home remedies (https://ask-ayurveda.com/articles/2125-insomnia-home-remedies-that-actually-work). That page is not evidence that a consultation or a treatment is covered by insurance.
How do you explain this distinction on a patient information page? Would you put a short coverage note beside the appointment link, or leave it for the billing team to discuss before booking?
