I am currently seeking information of submitting workers comp on C4 form for New York State.
i own a billing Compnay in Pa. but have a potential new client in New York?
How difucult is this to use and how hard is it to get paid in New York.
What Codes do they pay a chiropractor to perform in New York?

I don't think there is a big difference in Workers Comp here, I have had a few cases and really can't say I have had too many problems. The ones that have an attorney involved go quicker and we get an LOP signed which protects us.

If you are billing on a percentage, you'll want to change that because providers in NY are not legally allowed to enter into any fee-splitting arrangements. NY is one of the states VERY clear on that.
