Hi everyone,

I am a Psychologist who is now starting to see patients in snf and assisted living facilities and in the patients home.. Are any of these considered in patient because the patient is in a home however my doctor goes there and then leaves... Please help. Unsure how to bill for these pos codes.

You would use the POS for the SNF or AL.  AL is 13, SNF is 31,32 or 33 depending on the facility.
