Hi Carol,
Your claim was accepted. What you are receiving is an informational error advising you that your claim has both the NPI and the PTAN number. At some point you will have to submit with NPI only. They don't want both the NPI & PTAN anymore. But for now it's not a problem, your claim was accepted.
