CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF HYPERTENSION WITHOUT RETINOPATHY CAN BE BILLED AS A PRIMARY DIAGNOSIS FOR 92012, 92014 OR 92004?

Are you referring to I10? That can be used with 92012, 92014 and 92004. That does not guarantee that all plans will reimburse with that code. But it is allowed by Medicare and most commercial plans.
