I'm not familiar with Kareo, but there is quite a lengthy post about it here on the forum. 

You can find it by going under Medical Billing Software and click on Medical Billing Software Questions, then Kareo Online Medical Billing Software.

I have not used Kareo, however I did notice a negative review on the website.  I just signed up with Nuemd, very user friendly great staff so far. You might want to look into Nuemd.

Kareo is a very good software, web based and offers your clients a real added bonus of control. However..it's not for the new medical biller. Training/support is not really that great as they seem to "cater" to the experienced (Just opinion and observation).

I have many clients that use all different softwares. I like the web based because I don't need a remote access to log in.
