General billing information

It's ok, but it's pretty outdated IMO

I like the following books if purchased with the latest editions:

Guide to Medical Practice Management
Insurance Handbook for the Medical Office
Understanding Health Insurance

All of the above are usually updated every 1-3 years.

It's also a good idea to get your hands on coding books for the last 2 years plus current years.
