Best PM billing system

<< < (2/3) > >>

Michele:
I have used Nextgen but unfortunately the client did not allow us to communicate directly with the company so when we had any issues we had to go thru the client's IT department.  That hindered us greatly so I don't have a great experience with Nextgen.  What are you wondering?

nanap:
I also do Mental Health Billing and use Total MD - only $99 per month - very affordable and user friendly

Kerry:
There are so many PM systems.  They all have pros and cons.  It all depends on what you can afford and most importantly is it user friendly.  I have a question regarding Total MD.  What does the $99 fee include per month?

nanap:
It includes everything. It is $99 per month per user login. Everything has to be entered manually but it works for me.

Kerry:
When you say it includes everything, do you mean submitting claims electronically, support and for all your clients?  Or per client?  I like to know so I can compare to what I am using and what they charge.  The system I use you pay for up front and then I pay for upgrades each year which costs around $390.  I pay to submit claims monthly and it varies each month depending on how many claims are submitted for all clients.  They have a minimum fee of $150 per month for claims.  Thanks for your response.
