Yes. A Disclaimer will be a good idea. I would also think of substantiating your advices to the attendants with pieces of documents / articles that you found from authenticated sources such as CMS web resources, AAPC website, LCD guidelines, CCI Edits, any journals / newsletters that you have subscribed for, etc.
Telling them like "I tried billing like this or that and so the claims got paid" may not be a good idea. That might come back on you. JMHO
