How to access sites from ouside USA

I want to know how we can easily access sites like

and other similar sites from Out side USA, did we had to use proxy? i know many indians are doing work for remote work

i do have access to this site by one of my client to get some info but i always had to sue proxy which is too slow at my end.

What is the best way to access similar sites , what other people specially softwares houses are using

I'm sorry but I do not know how to get access to those sites other than from inside the US.  You will have to contact them directly.

Why on earth should we tell you how to access systems outside of the U.S.? Not only do you take our jobs, but HIPAA compliance lands in our laps since the arm of the U.S law does not extend to countries outside the U.S.   In fact ..i'd rather educate providers on why they should NEVER EVER EVER EVER use an entity outside the U.S. NOR should they allow access to or provide PHI to. Educating patients to the EXTREME dangers of sending their PHI outside the U.S. is another focal point for U.S. Biillers and providers.
