Behavioral Health- Incident to Billing

does anyone know if a LMHC can supervise for a limited license LMHC who needs supervision hours and bill insurance for the sessions? is there a modifier?

having trouble getting info on this. It's in NYS.

I am not sure but I do not believe so.  I would recommend contacting the licensing agency in your state.  For NY, op.nysed.gov
