family planning and pharmary services

medicaid eligibility showing patient cover services are family planning and pharmacy .now i want to ask can i bill other services to medicaid or not?

Well you can bill them but it sounds like they will not be covered.  What you seem to be describing is a plan that only covers family planning & pharmacy.
