When getting paid by insurance for 36415, they are paying some of it. The insurance company is showing the remainder as patient responsibility. I looked on the physican fee schedule and it shows $0. Do I bill the patient for the remainder or write it off?
Thank you

Which insurance is it? And are you checking the fee schedule for that insurance? Generally speaking, if insurance has paid their portion, and lists a patient responsibility, you then bill the patient.
