Hi All

How do I bill for 96372 when a pt is seen by the doctor for asthma and brings in her depo provera med to be injected too?  The pt received the depo provera from her pharmacy and brought it in for the doctor to inject.  I know I can't bill for the depo provera but can I bill 96372?

TIA

Michele

Yes.  You would bill the OV with the asthma dx, and the depo for the injection only with an injection dx.

Ok. Thank you.  Would that be Z30.013?
