Internship

Looking for a remote unpaid internship  in mental health or some other specialty,  I  have attended a school but they concentrated more on coding than billing.  How would I go about getting an unpaid medical billing internship to build my confident before striking out on my own, although I have just about everything set up for my business except my website.  Do you think this is a good I deal?

It sounds like a good idea.  Being that you are willing to work remotely may help, since local services may be hesitant since you are starting a service.  But a local mental health office may be willing to allow you to do an internship.  It's definitely a great way to get experience.  I'm not sure how to find out who would be interested other than to contact them directly.
