Place of Service 12 (Home) for telehealth visits

I know that I have to use Place of Service code 02 (telehealth), and no modifier (as they are no longer required) on the claim line, however, do I leave box 32 blank? My online research and several of my provider representatives have told me to leave it blank, and to NOT put the patients home address.

Any guidance from you guys would be greatly appreciated!

I am not currently billing telehealth and I am seeing conflicting information on it.  It may vary by insurance carrier.  You may have to try submitting claims in order to determine who requires what.  Or contact your provider rep if you have one.
