Hi Guys,

We have been using the njdobi platform for arbitration services of our OON cases. 90% of the time we have uploaded cases for arb with Horizon BCBS NJ as primary.

Does anyone has experience of using Maximus? Need to know what other insurance plans are eligible for arbitration through njdobi.

I'm sorry, we do not have experience with either one.

This is through NJ Dept of banking/Insurance (PICPA), can be useful but NOT useable for ERISA plan's. Look at your patient plans, most likely you have more ERISA than you do non ERISA. I think I used these forms ONCE for a market exchange plan.
