Pool Therapy

Hello,

Could you please help me with the HCPCS- Level 2 code for Pool Therapy, as this is an equipment which is delivered to patient's as it can be use in Home.

I'm confused.  Pool therapy is a service that is performed to a patient in the office but you mention equipment delivered to the home.
