Need an experienced lawyer to sue my medical billing company

Unfortunately I have found out that my out sourced medical billing company had not filed more than 300 high value claims, because they "forgot". The claims are now past timely filing deadline.Their negligence has caused my practice great harm and the company does not have E&O insurance.  I am looking for an experienced lawyer in the field of medical billing/coding negligence to review the case and possibly file a lawsuit. Does anyone know of such a lawyer or firm? I am located in Los Angeles and would prefer a lawyer in southern california, but its not mandatory. Thank you in advance

I am not familiar with any lawyers in the LA area.  This is a very unfortunate situation.  Just wondering, have you tried to appeal the claims?  I would start with a provider rep for each carrier.  They sometimes will do a one time override for providers who find themselves in this situation.
