Telehealth with COVID19

We are all suddenly being thrust into the world of telehealth.  This is new to most of us as well.  Most insurances are dropping all regulations on telemed and allowing it due to COVID19.  The information we are getting is:

GQ modifier for telephone only

95 modifier for audio/video

The GT was eliminated when they implemented the 02 POS.

We are billing with the above guidelines, knowing that each insurance will have their own rules and we will have to tweak/adjust as we go along.
