Yes. Patient diagnoses are (ANOGENITAL WARTS/ HPV      .   HIGH GRADE DYSPLASIA     CARCINOMA IN SITU ANAL SKIN AND CANAL) & A63.0
K62.82 but these all are not acceptable to bill out 27047.

After reviewing Path report I had to use 11102 for Biopsy. Thank you so much for your help Michele.
