resource to find ICD10 codes for a cpt for medical necessity

Hi there,
I work for vascular surgeons and one of my surgeons asked me to look into any resources that would help narrow down ICD10 diagnosis that would be appropriate to use with certain CPT codes. 
I do know that I can get on CMS website and find some information on that but is there any resources that are set up where you could put in a cpt code and have it display ICD10 diagnosis that meet medical necessity.

Thank you for any info.  Im a new biller and so I need all the help I can get.
