Billing adjustment disorders

Mental health claims in at least two states are denying claims, as of October 1, 2022, that use the F43 as the diagnosis. These claims are rejected saying that F43.24 or F43.89 are not specific enough. And the insurance is rejecting saying that the diagnosis must be more specific?
I am wondering if there is anything online that explains the new requirements in detail so we have a guideline to work with.
