Mental health book

Hi Michele,
I was reading your Mental Health book and I noticed in the claims in item 12 the date is sometimes before the service dates or way after did you just use a generic date for all?

I'm thinking you mean box 12 on the cms form.  Our PM system always puts the date the claim is printed in boxes 12 & 13.
