retail store billing?

I am interested in starting a retail store for breast cancer patients and would like to accept insurance payment for breast forms and prostesis. How can I do this and where do I start? Is this something anyone can do or do you have to have a license? PLEASE HELP!!

You probably should start with enrolling to be a Medicare supplier, but that requires certification. Other than that, you should contact all of the larger insurance carriers to find out what they require to be an in network provider.
