INRS

Does anyone know how to bill for INRS.  I have a doc that wants to bill for them but when I did some research I read that the doc could only bill if he is monitoring the Protime in a patien'ts home.

I have one patient that is in a Rehab would that qualify?   The codes I found were G0248, G0249, G0250.

How would I go about billing for this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't billed that before but I did a little research.  It looks like the description states that the provider must monitor the treatment, but the treatment is obviously in the patient's home, or assisted living situation, so if the provider is checking on the patient to monitor them then they should qualify.  The other thing I can recommend is to call the insurance to verify the coverage.
