No fault balance billing in NY

Does any one know if you can balance bill for a patient with No-Fault. We typically don't accept no-fault but it was an exsisting patient so we saw them. If you mark the NOT accept assignment box can you bill the balance after no fault has paid? We are located in NY.

Hi,
   According to the NYS insurance web site a provider cannot balance bill a patient for NF services.  If you treat the patient then you agree to accept the NYS NF fee schedule.  I found that information at the following web site.
