Behavioral Health H2014 code

I am billing Amerigroup in Georgia.  Has anyone else been experiencing denials for H2014, family skill building codes?  All of a sudden these are being denied as a non-covered service for Georgia Medicaid members.  We have a specific authorization for this code.  Thanks for any help!
