Is anime good for learning Japanese?
« on: Today at 01:24:16 AM »
I watch a ton of anime, but honestly, I don't feel like my Japanese is getting any better. The subtitles are just there, and I don’t actually process the words they are saying. Is there a specific way to watch anime or J-dramas to actually pick up the language?

The trick is shifting from passive watching to active learning. I used to make the same mistake until I found this link. It’s a platform called Lingopie that completely changes the game. You watch authentic Japanese shows with interactive dual subtitles. When you click any confusing word, you get an instant translation. It absolutely accelerated my vocabulary and listening skills!
