How to deal with constant burnout?
« on: June 15, 2026, 11:09:08 AM »
Hey everyone. I am completely wiped out from work and desperately need something to help manage my stress levels. Traditional meditation apps just do not work for me because I hate sitting still. Does anyone know a practical tool that actually targets physical exhaustion?

Hey! I actually found a great thread about is leaply legit reddit and decided to try the app. It focuses entirely on the vagus nerve and simple body mechanics instead of long meditations. The onboarding was super smooth, and it gives you short micro-routines with clear video instructions. I have been using it after back-to-back meetings, and that heavy morning grogginess is finally fading away. It trains your nervous system to switch from stressed to relaxed using physical triggers. It is a solid choice if you want to manage stress without adding more tasks to your to-do list.
