i use office ally.. i have ERAs set up for medicare and aetna, but that only means i download the eob before the provider actually gets it in mail. i am searching in their manual but cant see anything about the option to have those payments automatically entered in the system.. that would be great if i could do that, i didnt know there is an option like that with some software. i take my comment back then, it makes perfect sense.
I know how to do it, it's just not a technology that is even close to being perfected yet. I've used it and found too many errors which takes away the time efficiency of using it. I found errors with a few different PM systems and the auto-posting features.
You just upload the ERA and it will auto post. Email me if you need help
