Depomedrol Injections?

Good Morning,
I have a question if the dr does two injection on the same site can we charge for 2 units? Now if he does different sites can i charge 2 units? My dr does alot of of 20610 and 20550 and I think he uses the same needle even for the different sites. Pleas advise.

It sounds like you are the biller, and if that is correct then you can't make those decisions. Either the dr, or a coder reading the chart must decide. It also depends on a lot of information that is not given in your example.
