Will Medicare (Cigna Government Services) pay for glasses after each Cataract Surgery? For example, patient has cataract surgery on right eye November 2010 and left eye December 2010.

Yes, the DME portion of Medicare will cover an entire pair of glasses (frame and both right & left lenses) each time a patient has cataract surgery.

Most of the medical centers are providing Glasses after cataract surgery. If you are going for surgeries one by one then also they provide. Otherwise you can buy black color glasses yourself.
