Question, I have put an ad on moster and career builder for a sales rep for my company - any thoughts on taking this approach for new clients? How do you all market for new clients?

So you are looking to hire someone to do your marketing?  I've heard of others doing that but haven't tried it myself.

Yes,

I have three in the Northeast who have done great for my company but in the South it is a whole different ball game.  Any other tips on marketing and getting the first one?

Hey! KLA,

In Northeast how much sales people charge you? Can you give me some contact information for them?

PMRNC:
I think this is a hit/miss type of thing.  I have seen companies have great success with this and those who don't. One thing I have seen with the successful ones, is that they remain hands on completely, right down to visiting with the potential clients.  If you can do that and stay ON HAND, it would be more effective.
