Whose NPI to use?

Good Afternoon,

I have purshsed a  couple of your books and love them. I just started my billing business and although I have 20 years of experience. I have so many Questions. But I will just ask you 1 for now. I will be dealing with several mental health and substance abuse facilites. Do I need to apply for my own NPI and if so how? Or do I just use the ones from them?

As a billing service you do not apply for an NPI number.
