I'm not sure I understand what you are asking.  Are you saying that you want to start a Medical Billing Business so that you can offer a way for others to get experience?  And if so, I don't understand the part about if it can be done with a "well established business".  You mentioned that you are just starting out. 

Sorry if I totally missed this one, it is early!

Anyway, if I do understand it correctly it sounds like you want to start a MB Business to provide a service of training for both providers and individuals?  Sounds interesting but I would have many concerns.  For us, training new employees is the worst part, and it sounds like you would be doing that perpetually.  Makes me cringe.  But also, I would be concerned at having someone new always be doing the work on accounts that I was responsible for.  If I read the question correctly I would think you would want to set up a training program, instead of actually doing work on live accounts.

Anyway, glad you like the site and I hope I didn't totally miss your question??

Not really. I do want to help others gain experience in the field of medical coding and billing, but know with me just starting out it could not happen. I do understand the business would have to be well established before embarking on such a desire. I do agree with what you are saying and understand the part of training newbies into the field and working with physician files. You gave great advice to most of what I was asking and appreciate it. I guess I'm just looking into the future a little too fast and just be concerned with building my business first (LOL). Thanks though and appreciate your response.

Again, thank you for your advice and hope I didn't offend anyone. Just an ideal of my own not to place any more burden on anyone else. I do understand the problems of trying to embark on new things or ideas and hope one day to provide a great service to physicians in my area with your help. Have a blessed day.
