Is there a certain percentage to charged for aged claims recovery, for claims that are 30, 60, 90, 120, and over 120 days?

The problem with aged claims recovery is that it's harder to collect. % billing is not the most desirable way to charge and with aged claims recovery it is even worse. Many claims will be uncollectable and with % that means - No Pay For Your Time. So, I would recommend that you consider charging a flat fee or hourly rate for that type of work.
