Full Practice Mangement

Does Full Practice Management include scheduling doctors appointments and sending patient reminders? I see that some other billers offer this option and some other don't.

It depends on how you define it. I do not usually do the scheduling. I still need the office staff unless I was on site. It becomes kind of crazy, unless it is a small practice. Just my opinion.

I want to make this something that is optional of maybe an add on to full practice management. They would have to submit within a timeline and what not.

Yep, that's how I doit. I have almost like an a la carte menu from them to pick with pricing and percentages. That way they can "tailor" it to their practice! Good idea - be prepared for some headaches though!

I don't do any of the scheduling..no way no how. LOL
Also some billing companies handle the accounts payable and payroll. I've seen alot of accountant's really make a go of this business with those added services. There's also transcription too
Transcription is VERY easy and pretty quick to learn.
