Marketing with Surveys

<< < (2/2)

PMRNC:
I will tell you how it COULD work.  After you have made a contact with the provider's office, get permission to fax them a survey. Offer them something in exchange but be smart, tell them if they fax it back within the next 2 business day's you will give them a free one hour consult.. they will eat that up and you get in the door.   ;D

Thanks Linda.  That sounds like a great idea.  I did not look at it from that point of view.

PMRNC:
Perceived value is always key in marketing ANY service business.   For example, many billing companies will make a ton of cold calls hoping to land an appointment, where as I will get one out of every 10 I send out. I created "invitations" which invite the provider to sit down with me for a free 30 minute consult.  They think they are getting a freebie and I get in the door (from there it's up to me).  If I send out 10, I will get 4 or 5 responses and I know I will land at least one. I do this mostly for my consulting business because I've sort of have enough billing clients for a while.  I capitalize on what is going on in today's healthcare industry, most notably the cuts to Medicare coming and healthcare reform. Physicians are confused and need education, when you imply you are willing to give them something of value for free, they are sure to bite.
