A young patient came in for a yearly physical. He was diagnosed with Asthma. The provider wants to charge a 99203 and a 99394 for the same visit. Are we able to bill both?

You actually can. You bill the portion of the visit that was spent on the asthma under the E&M code for office visit (99203 in your example) and the yearly physical as well. Most insurances recognize both but all may not.
