Does anyone know the Medicaid TAXONOMY number for billing for HIV or Hep C testing (both oral and venipuncture) in a NON-health department location?
The number did not carryover from Legacy to Provider One...

Are you referring to the Taxonomy number associated with the NPI? Taxonomy codes are based on provider type and are picked when NPI's are assigned. I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for.
