    You posted this in a thread on mental health billing.  I would go to the section on software.  There are lots of posts on different softwares and many have shared their opinions.  You definitely want to make sure you stay away from any specialty software as you would be limited to that specialty.  Many software companies offer demos so that you can try them out to get a feel for if it may be a good fit for you.  Your software purchase is one of the most important decisions you will make.  Take your time and make sure you pick one that is right for you.

I do billing for a small mental health practice.   We use Delphi PBS.  The owner, Will, is very friendly, funny and if you call him with all your questions, he's very kind and helpful.   It's specifically for mental health.
