Office Ally will give you the claim status of claims it has submitted. I don't believe that they will tell you the status of claims submitted though other Clearinghouses. If they do do this, this is a new feature that I don't know about and someone else will chime in. Likewise, I don't think you have access to ERA's for claims submitted though a different Clearinghouse.
Think about it from a HIPAA standpoint: Why should any entity, person or business, have access to the private patient data of another entity with whom it does not have a "Business Associate" contract. Office Ally would have to have a Business Associate's contract with your doctor(s) before they could gain access to your doctor(s) patient information processed by a different clearinghouse. And, if Office Ally did not process that data themselves, I don't know that they could get access to that info, BA contract or no.
So call Office Ally and ask them.
