HIPAA compliant email

Hi just wondering what email services anyone is using that is HIPAA compliant, looking into enlocked and hush mail.   Does anyone currently use either of these?

thank you again Merry, any suggestions for a client of mine who is using Dropbox to scan and store their documents, I cant find anything that says they are HIPAA compliant?
