First, I LOVE that website. They have GREAT articles.
2nd, I wasn't offended at all. I look at it this way, it''s an asset to those of us who have either been doing this a while, and have made it not only a career but a passion. I take my job very seriously, to me I hate the term MEDICAL biller. I'm a practice manager and I own a practice management company and consulting service. I also like knowing too, what doctors are thinking. It was because of a similar article that I decided about 3 years ago NOT to have "A software". Instead I work with any existing PM system the potential client has in place, wants to work in or has worked in. Totally their choice. I don't pay per provider fees, I have no confusion with data conversions, life is good since I changed directions. PLUS.. doctors LOVE the diversity.. they can't believe I'm not making them switch software. Heck I even have a tiny little PHD still on Medisoft. LOL I love articles that tell the truth and don't gloss over things. That was the main reason I started PMRNC was to give people the opportunity to KNOW the business they claim to want to get into and get to them BEFORE they sunk thousands of dollars into a business opportunity or bogus correspondence school that promised them "jobs".
