Could you give us an example for instance.. The same patient and the reimbursement now compared to when they were paying at a different rate. I think we need more information to help you.
Have you checked to see that the codes used for said patient are exactly the same with the same diagnosis. Are they possibly billing for services that are supposed to be included in the consolidated billing. Is the SNF billing certain patient stays to Part A when sometimes they need to be billed to
Part B?
