Does anyone know of a company with reasonable prices that I can purchase a mailing list of physicians office in a certain specialty that are starting off brand new?  I have tried going through the yellow pages, but it's been difficult.  Most of the ones I have found have been in business a long time, and I thought it would be easier to market myself to new physician offices.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you! :)

DMK:
Depending on your state, you can go to the state licensing site and look up a specialty and when they are licensed.  I don't know if they would differentiate "new" doctors vs. new licenses.

PMRNC:
Don't waste your money on these lists.

Build your own database using internet, yellow pages and I also scan local newspapers in surrounding areas for "new practice" startup's. You can also go to Google Alert's and setup alert's for these.   MOST of the lists people compile and sell is just convenient and a waste of money. Often you will get a list of 500 or 1000 (depending on what you buy) and each doctor will be listed separately even if they are in same practice. Complete waste of money.

I agree with PMRNC. Please don't buy these lists, you can get the same info from yellowpages.com for free. The best mail list you can possibly have is the one you create yourself!

One thing I have also done is utilizing my own personal insurance. I can log on to my Cigna website and get a list of any In-Network doctor in any specialty I like. These addresses and phone numbers and usually more accurate as well.
